Save the Shell

The Problem:
Every year 8 million tons of plastic end up in our oceans and along with oil spills cause detrimental effects to the Ocean’s ecosystems. Plastic entanglement alone kills an estimated 100,000 marine animals each year and are in need of aid. This project hopes to create a “sea life medical and safety kit” primarily directed towards sea turtles to help aid and rescue those affected by the dangers of plastic and oil pollution.
